Artist Trading Card

Sharing an Artist Trading Card for the Weekly Simon Says Stamp Challenge.  I had no idea where I was going with this, but had fun with it on the way.  I used some hot pressed watercolor paper and  gold embossed the single line with an old border stamp that I'm not sure where I even got, sadly.  Next I watercolored a yellow stripe and blended it with indigo blue, permanent red, and then sap green to create the stripes.  I stamped the paintbrushes and found an old alphabets set to create the word 'paint' and then added some hearts, and that's it.  Easy peasy, but I wouldn't have even attempted to make this until the challenge came up and I ended up really liking it.  Thanks for reading, and the materials used are listed below.
Materials Used:
  • Impression Obsession, Liner Brushes Stamp Set
  • Close To My Heart Alphabet Set, Typeface A
  • Mission Gold Watercolors
  • Fabriano 140 lb. Hot Pressed Watercolor Paper
  • Gold Embossing Powder
